What is your shipping policy and where do you deliver?

All orders placed by 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 2:45pm Friday will be dispatched on a next working day carrier service via FedEx. Carriage is free on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT) if below £50 then next day delivery is £6.50. Shipping is only available to the UK only. For more details please email info@ruko.shop

 

What are your hours of operation?

You can order from our site anytime you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mon-Thurs: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Weekends ~
Sat & Sun (including Bank Holiday Monday): CLOSED

In the event of a lost/unreceived order, please call 01299 269 501 or email us and a member of our sales team will investigate this issue with our couriers.

PLEASE NOTE - We can only investigate issues relating to orders placed via our website: www.ruko.shop. We cannot assist with orders placed via other distributors of RUKO, TERRAX or Panther PPE Products.
